When possible, we will combine shipping. (Items must fit in same box).
To ship your order, we will use the carrier of our choice, and transit times are typically 5 to 10 business days depending upon the distance from the shipping point.
All our items will be shipped to buyer’s PayPal address, please confirm your address on PayPal before you bid
Addresses cannot be changed once Payment has been made
Shipping rates quoted in the auction are for the lower 48 states Only.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Payments

We currently do not ship to International destinations.
We cannot ship to APO, FPO or PO BOX addresses.

Credit cards used for payment through PayPal must be issued by a U.S. Bank with a US billing address.
At this time we require PayPal payments only. PayPal takes all major credit cards.

 

Warranty – Return Policies:

If you discover an item not AS ADVERTISED, you may request an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) within 14 days of receipt of receipt of the item.

Items must be returned to the address shown on the RMA instructions you will receive by email.

No Refunds will be processed for items returned without an RMA number.

Because many items are closeouts or overstock, supplies of any one item are limited, and replacement may not be possible.

All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging.

Please make sure the item(s) you wish to return meet this criteria before proceeding.

REFUNDS: Refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. We will process your refund within 15 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.
