Free Shipping
We base all our shipping on the UPS rates. You the buyer pay all shipping costs, however we do give FREE INSURANCE FOR UPS AND FED EX SHIPMENTS. We reserve the right to ship via other carriers, even though we base our rates on UPS. Sometimes one is more convenient than others.
If the ad says free shipping, it’s for the lower 48 states only and for ground service only. All others will be charged accordingly by location.
Resolution of Problems
If there are any problems with this sale contact us via email and we will do our best to solve the problem. We take pride in customer satisfaction.

Item Description
All Sales have a 7 day return policy for exchange if the item is engraved wrong on our part we will re-engrave, if it is on your part then shipping back to us will be paid by the buyer and a new plate will need to be bought.
We charge what we are charged, due to we ship everything in padded envelopes a small portion is for the packing and envelope.
What you see in the picture is what you will receive, unless additional parts are mentioned in the ad, assume there are none, custom sizes are available, please email aircoawards@aol.com for a custom quote. All engraving is to be supplied by the buyer and the buyer takes 100% responsibilty for all content we engrave on each and every item.
